About Overture Center Foundation

On January 1, 2012, Overture Center Foundation, Inc., a private nonprofit organization, became the sole operator of Overture Center for the Arts

Board members of the Overture Center Foundation are well respected professionals from Madison and Dane County, who represent a wide spectrum of expertise. They provide governance pertaining to OCF, ensuring the legal and moral health of the organization. Board members meet monthly as the full board and on committees of the board including Executive Committee, Finance/Audit Committee, Operations Committee and Development Committee.

The Overture Center Foundation Board holds an annual meeting each fall, where we encourage participation from our stakeholders.
