Cite Soleil, Haiti is generally regarded as one of the poorest and most dangerous areas of the Western Hemisphere.  The Cite Soleil photo workshop students who had never before worked with cameras, were given the opportunity to show outsiders the beauty of the place that they call home- through photography.  Julie Johnson of Haiti Allies will be present throughout the day to discuss the project.
