Rental rates include an onsite event coordinator, general liability insurance, tables, chairs, a lectern, basic lighting and sound (varies by room), an easel, and basic cleaning after the event. Call 608.258.4163 for more information. 

Creative Ideas

• Consider holding your meeting or conference in one of Overture’s theaters: Overture Hall (2,255 seats), Capitol Theater (1,089 seats) or The Playhouse (347 seats). These special venues will engage and impress any audience!
• Holding your conference at another Madison-area venue? Bring your plenary event, evening reception or breakout sessions to Overture Center.  
• Reward your employees with a show, reception, or VIP tour. Overture staff can help arrange for group tickets to performances, pre- and post- show receptions and backstage tours.

Catering 
 
Catering a Fresco, the exclusive caterer of Overture Center, has earned a reputation for preparing delicious food that reflects the quality and elegance of Overture.  Specializing in seasonal fare and personalized catering menus with options to suit a variety of events and budgets, Catering a Fresco selects only the freshest, highest quality ingredients.  With a commercial kitchen onsite, special care is taken to ensure that food is plated immediately prior to serving.

For meetings and conferences, Catering a Fresco is now offering box lunches for $11.50 - $16.00 per person and break packages (cookies and soda, water, and coffee) for $3.75 per person.  Contact Catering for more information.
