Rental rates include an onsite event coordinator, general liability insurance, tables, chairs, a lectern, basic lighting and sound (varies by room), an easel, and basic cleaning after the event. Call 608.258.4163 for more information.

• Take advantage of Overture’s festive holiday lighting by reserving your party or banquet between mid-November and the end of January.  
• Break the theatrical fourth wall by inviting your guests to a banquet on one of our main stages.  Overture Hall, Capitol Theater and The Playhouse can all be transformed into magical venues for dining and dancing!

Catering

Catering a Fresco, the exclusive caterer of Overture Center, has earned a reputation for preparing delicious food that reflects the quality and elegance of Overture.  Specializing in seasonal fare and personalized catering menus with options to suit a variety of events and budgets, Catering a Fresco selects only the freshest, highest quality ingredients.  With a commercial kitchen onsite, special care is taken to ensure that food is plated immediately prior to serving.
