The Atwood Players

The Atwood Players, local acting and storytelling troupe, routinely lead crowds on a trip to explore their imagination with tall tales and fables at Overture's Kids in the Rotunda.  This year, your family will blaze the trail on a journey complete with the unique opportunity to create the play right on the spot.  In their brand new show Create-A-Play, the Atwood Players invite children to make choices about what will happen next in a performance based on children's literature.

At Overture, we are committed to offering programming that is meaningful to you and your family.  We are ready to hear about what kind of artistic and educational experiences you want for your kids, and how Overture can be involved in their young lives.  As part of our ongoing Overture Listens series, we are holding an event in March for parents like you to talk about what you think about KIR, Overture Center and other artistic activities along with what you envision for the future.
